Stephanie has worked at MI since 2011 as a Commercial Lines Customer Service Agent. She currently has her CISR and is working on completing her CISR Elite designation. While completing her bachelor degree in Business Management, Stephanie worked at a Credit Union. “The favorite part of my job is my teammates, we truly have a family like atmosphere and I hope that feeling resonates with our customers as well,” she said. “I enjoy getting to know our customers on a personal level. It is easy to provide exceptional customer service when you treat customers like family.” When not at work, Rasmussen enjoys spending time with her family. “I have 3 young boys so most of the time my life is chaos, but when I do find spare time I like to work on crafts and love to camp and travel,” she said. “If you ask my husband he would probably tell you that shopping is also one of my hobbies 🙂 “
