What does West Bend offer?: West Bend is a property casualty insurer that offers personal products like home, auto, umbrella, recreational vehicles etc. They have a vast appetite for commercial insurance including retail operations, restaurants, contractors and the like. They specialize in auto dealers, roofers, and through their special division in Madison they provide insurance products for daycares, salons, health clubs, sports leagues and many other particular industries. They also have a separate bonding department and a specialized worker’s compensation division. Almost too many to mention! What do you enjoy about working with West Bend?: Ease of doing business & their responsiveness. We’re blessed to be representing companies like West Bend, as a whole they provide quick turnarounds on claims and make onboarding new customers efficient. Is there anything unique about West Bend?: They are a regional carrier located in West Bend, WI with additional offices in Madison & Waukesha. West Bend offers insurance in 15 states between all departments. Their leadership, in particular their company President & CEO is a Central WI native! Kevin Steiner is originally from Granton, WI. Like many Central Wisconsin people he is a down to earth and outgoing, we enjoy working with carriers that provide motivation & inspiration from the top down and West Bend is a great example.
