Last week, members of the Independent Insurance Agents of Wisconsin (IIAW) staff and Board of Directors traveled to Nashville to attend two key national events: the Big I Fall Leadership Conference and the Young Agents Leadership Institute (YALI) Conference.

IIAW CEO Matt Banaszynski and State National Director Nick Arnoldy of Marshfield Insurance participated in leadership sessions focused on advancing the independent insurance channel and strengthening the role of agents in communities across the country.

Meanwhile, Evan Leitch and IIAW Emerging Leaders Chair Alex Kihslinger joined the YALI Conference, where they connected with peers from across the nation. The program centered on professional growth, building relationships, and preparing the next generation of leaders in the insurance industry.
