Marshfield Insurance recently attended InsurCon2025, the annual convention hosted by the Independent Insurance Agents of Wisconsin (IIAW), held May 7–8 at American Family Field in Milwaukee. The event hit it out of the park with two days packed with professional development, industry advocacy, and powerful networking opportunities.

Set against the backdrop of the home of the Milwaukee Brewers, InsurCon2025 brought together independent insurance professionals from across the state in a truly one-of-a-kind venue. Our team enjoyed participating in a wide range of sessions and events, including:

Thought-Provoking Educational Sessions – From strategies for mitigating property risk and generational selling techniques to the Insurance Industry’s Climate Crunch, the sessions delivered timely, relevant insights we’re already putting into practice.

Keynote with Billy Beane – Hearing from the legendary baseball executive and “Moneyball” innovator was a major highlight. His perspective on data-driven leadership and challenging the status quo resonated with everyone in the room.

CEO Panel & Advocacy Updates – The convention also offered meaningful dialogue on the future of our industry, with actionable takeaways from top executives and IIAW leadership.

The Marshfield Insurance team also appreciated the chance to unwind and connect with peers during the Brewers vs. Astros game in the X-Golf Suite, followed by a lively evening at Broken Bat Brewery, featuring trivia, Wiffle Ball, and awards. It was a great reminder of how strong relationships build a stronger industry.
