Nick Arnoldy is the principal owner of Marshfield Insurance Agency (since 2012), which his father Roger founded in 1984. He is a UW-Stout graduate who has 18 years’ experience in property, casualty, life, health, farm and supplemental insurance products.
Nick holds many insurance designations, including CIC, CPIA, and the distinguished CRM (
Certified Risk Manager).
In the past, he has served on the Board of Directors for
Marshfield Area Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Main Street Marshfield, Marshfield Optimist Club, and been involved in many community activities and efforts. Earlier this year,
he was appointed to the Wisconsin Office of the Commissioner of Insurance (OCI) Property & Casualty Advisory Council and seres on the Executive Committee of the Independent Insurance Agents of WI (IIAW) (and will be President next year).

Community involvement has been a practice for both the agency and Nick. Marshfield Insurance contributes annually to the YMCA’s capital campaign, Marshfield Outdoor Aquatic Center (2021), Marshfield High School Community Stadium (2019), American Legion remodel (2019), Nutrition On Weekends, and Marshfield’s Hub City Days annual stage sponsor. Nick has been a Marshfield Tiger Hoops Boys Coach (K-3rd Grade) and Spencer Girls Jr. High Basketball Coach.
Marshfield Insurance hosts an annual fundraiser for Alzheimer’s and Dementia research (
Fore Roger golf benefit) in honor of agency founder Roger Arnoldy who passed away in 2012 from Lewy Body Dementia.
Nick resides in Marshfield, WI with his wife Sarah, three children (Avery 15, Mason 9, Roewyn 6), and two dogs (Riggs & Lola). When he is not busy with work and extracurriculars with the kids, he spends his time traveling with the family. Nick’s vision is to position the agency to effectively transition the next generation should they choose a carrier in insurance. This means staying ahead of technology, having dynamic procedures and focusing on growth.
